Why are we blogging?

Why did you take the co-op?
I took co-op because I'm interested about the human body, health and physical performance and I want to learn more.





What are your plans for next year?
My plans after grade 12 are to go into trades, thinking of going into plumbing.





What activities do you like to do outside of school?

I go to the YMCA and workout everyday, sometimes I play basketball at goldstone with friends to train for the up coming basketball season.




Have you done any fitness activities over the summer?
Did weight training and joined hockey and basketball over the summer.


What are your fitness goals for the semester?
Get lean.


What is important to you & helps to define who you are?
Things that are important to me if family, people who are trust worthy.
